Against my wishes, my wife made me post this. She said that only the good riders wear white boots because they never get them dirty. She is mis-informed I believe or knows that their bikes are never even started!!

Hey madearthworm...from the looks of your pic.....looks like you didn't know that the bike has an engine to help you around and all.I pictured you sitting/standing on the bike pushing it around the yard making engine sounds with your lips.......and that little thingy on the right side that swivels back and forth is for starting it.Really! And here is the starting routine.Turn gas tank valve on,swing kickstarter out,lean bike on garage wall,insert John Denvers song"Thank God I am a country boy"in cd player.Stand next to bike.Press play on cd player.Listen to song,start clapping,start making your right foot go up and down like hicks do,when you REALLY get going hop on bike and it should fire right up! It works best when you get to the part:Well, I got me a fine wife, I got me old fiddle.
When the sun's coming up, I got cakes on the griddle.
And life ain't nothing but a funny, funny riddle, thank God I'm a country boy!

Elks starting routine is a little different.You just put him on the bike,put his foot on the kickstarter and scratch his tummy....bwaaaahahaha
