To everyone who has been losing sleep and searching high and low to find an answer for me.....Thank you!
The biggest part of the problem(after the gasket and o rings were replaced)was the fact that the first bracket on the pipe was way off alignment with the double sided adjustable bracket that bolts to the frame.I don't know if the bracket or the pipe got bent somewhere along the line, but my solution was to drill out the hole in the bolt on bracket about 3/8" lower so the pipe sat in it's most natural position.Everything else lines up beautifully and it doesn't leak a molecule.OH YEAH!
Last Wednesday at the track,a couple of guys came over and were admiring my KDX.They said I got a "steal" at $1100.00 and were commenting on how "cherry" it was.Even offering to pay me more for it.(okay,it was only $100.00 more, but it still made me feel good!)Rock on KDXers! Thanks again,Jim
