Yesturday I was racing in enduro. I was 70 miles into the race when my clutch went out, bummer because I was fairing pretty good with about 15 points. Anyhow opened her up today to find two broken friction plates. I am running a recluse auto clutch. I now wondering with these auto clutchs need more oil than stockers? My inner hub has a little chip on one spline corner 1/8" everyelse looks fine. The bike is a new 05 yz 250. There is obvious debris, do I have to split the cases. Or is there a simpler flushing method?
