i just recently got a kawasaki bike my friend was going to throw away, but its a complete bike so i said i would take it, he didnt know any information on it though, year, model, etc.

it LOOKS like its a kx 100 or 125, but i have no clue what year it is, how do i find out all of this info?

wats the vin, i have a decoder in my shed i can look it up for you or wats the 10th digit in ur vin thatll tell me the year.

well i think the VIN number is JKAKXTDC22A004522

You're friend was throwing away a 2002 KX100? If so he either has way too much cash or that bike is stolen.

Based on the information that we have, I'm guessing the latter is the case.

Take the bike, immediately call the Police and have them check the VIN. If it is stolen, you may help the rightfull owner get his bike back. If it's not stolen then you have a pretty nice bike.
