That said, you're better off with a smaller gap sparking consistently than a larger one that doesn't quite make it sometimes. I gap mine @ .030. 'Total loss' systems (like dirtbikes have) are known marginal sparkers. I vote for the kawi manual. Well worth it...and not all that spendy in the first place. Last edited: Sep 23, 2002
