No joke here. Someone has way too much time on their hands! Polish Clock

The University of Poland science students have finished the
digital clock they've been working on for 4 years. Wait for it to
load. This is a real clock, and it's pretty cool. Check the time out
too.

That is cool! Although, who ever is writing only had to write 10 numbers. You can tell that every common number (all the 2's, 3's, 4's, etc.) has identical smudge marks or eraser shavings.
