I was thinking about purchasing an 04' KTM 200 SX to ride harescrambles, gncc, and enduros on. Is it possible to title a KTM 200 SX for enduros for east coast riding? I race in the ECEA and wasn't sure if I could get a title for this bike. I know I could get an EXC titled for enduros, but I wasn't sure on the SX's. If anyone from ECEA could help me out, I would appreciate it.

A sx comes from the factory with the same paperwork as an exc. It comes with a certific of origin that is clean. I. E., It is not stamped for off roads use only like most jap bikes. I have a 200sx plated in ct. Just brought Certific to Moter vehicle aplaied for tittle and recieved plate.

I got my 250exc plated. Nobody at the license bureau ever looked at the bike. The big thing is to have a MSO that does not have "for off road use only" on it. KTM , MSO's do not have this so in Ohio at, least my county, it's easy to get a plate.
