It's going to depend on what the local rates are. In your location I'd bet it's quite a bit more than in someplace like Kansas. It will also depend on what color you want as well as the amount of prep required.

I had my 426 frame PC'ed a metallic silver with a translucent candy blue top coat, swing arm was metallic silver......300 bucks

A year later I had the frame sandblasted and recoated baron red....300 bucks, had the hubs pc'ed flat black and rims pc'ed gold........200 bucks

When I originally rebuilt it I went with the tranlucent candy blue over metallic silver, looked great,

I rode that color for a season, then during mid season break ( 8 weeks ) I thought circa 80's would be kinda cool, so while I had it apart for rebuild I had it PC'ed red, had graphics made up, new plastics and seat redone.
