Premix ratio for KTM mini adventure 50

I have been mixing 32:1 for years in my bikes, however I'm about to be a minicycle dad and am rebuilding a ktm 50 for my three-year old son. I was wondering if a 50 cc motor runs more, the same, or less premix? Thanks in advance.

32:1 or even 20:1 is good for the mini's.

Hi, I run a HM50CRX junior competition which has a very very hot engine in it. We run this at 40:1 using super unleaded fuel and 2% octane boost added in. We received this information from the HM Factory and the bike run much faster but more importantly cooler. Sounds nuts but it really has teh engine singing.

The manual calls for 40:1.
