If its the unit I think you are looking for its actualy made by Pro Designs,its a little finned cooler that fits into a section of the radiator hose??,you cut a straight section out of the rad hose and secure it in there with hose clamps.
White Bros.has them listed in their catalog,so you might be able to order thru them or a local dealer,might try going directly to them(Pro Designs).
