procedure on leak down for a suzuki

just need to know if you have to plug off both vent
from crancase and exhaust solonoid or just the exhaust
solonoid.Thanks

Anyone.rmguy you out there and do you know of anyone that has
ever done this?I would think that all the newer bikes have similar
solonoids and stuff,but each is a little different.
will try again and get a hold of a guy in illinois that I have bugged
to death since buying this rm and maybe he can help.

You have to plug any opening the will let the pressure escape. You can certainly try it with out plugging the vents but I'd plug them anyway.

Thanks for responding,and I assume you mean both the vent on
the crankcase and the solonoid from the exhaust.

When you say crankcase vent do you mean transmission vent? That doesn't need to be plugged. The PV chamber vent will need to be plugged though.
