Between these two carbs what is going to be a better choice. I have a pj on my yz. its been tough to dial in. someone swapped out the stock carb. I still have not got it quite where i want it. Should I find the tallest cliff and chuck it, and get a pwk? It seems the carb needs to be leaned quite a bit more than my other yz with the stock kehin.

Yep; the PJ is not up to PWK standards; jetting dummies like me should avoid it and go to the easier carb to jet and that would be a PWK. Sell it on that auction site to recover at least some $ and replace it ASAP with the PWK.

the PWK is an upgrade of the old PJ which is also out of production. The PJ had that weird idle circuit along with the choke being on the same "circuit". which meant every time you pulled the choke you could possibly change the idle and not even know it. The PWK is easy to work with, but the PJ isn't a bad carb if you understand how it basically works.
