Questions on changing oil on a CRF250R 2004

I was wondering if anyone knows exactly how much oil i need to put in my bike when i change it. I do not want to over fill it. If any one with a 2004 honda crf250r or anyone who knows please let me know thanks.

It should be listed in your owners maual, if not mine for my 06 Crf 250 is .70 qt. if not replacing the oil filter, and .73 quart with oil change, and the amount is the capacity.
