I can't find anything about it in my manual so..... my forks have a bleeder screw (not sure what new ones have), so my question is how do you go about bleeding the forks, just undo the screw and let the air out? Or is it some kind of process like bleeding brakes? thanks a lot.

Make sure the front wheel is off the ground, then unscrew both bleeder screws. wait a second and put them back in, SIMPLE!!!

The whole point is to equalize the pressure (outside air pressure to pressure inside the forks). When you ride, pressure builds up in them. Remove the screws to release that built up pressure.
