Quick turn throttle cable / shorter clutch pull
I just installed a hydraulic clutch system on my moms harley :) The lever was spring loaded. So the more "pre-load" I ran in the clutch the closer it pulled the lever to the bar. You could watch as I tightened the nut near the clutch, the lever would move in. Obviously you have to be careful if you add too much preload the clutch will slip or be engaged 100% of the time. Maybe getting a custom lever of some type made up would be a good route? Something with a bigger bend in to accommodate smaller hands. Also, look at levers meant for smaller kids bikes, see if those could be useful and adapted. Also modifying the clutch perch itself would be a route. You could chop 1/2 in. or so out of the perch so the clutch levers natural resting point is closer to the bars. As others have pointed out, every "solution" will have some tradeoff. Be it a harder clutch pull or less of a window for the clutch to move around in.
