Race Season

thsi year i thought i would start racing in 16 and live in inianapolis In and im going to race at laurel IN. can anyone give me a few pointer tips on like how to practice when i go out there to just ride i try and take the track agressivluy and as fast as i can is there anything else i need to work on ???? also i will have to eventually do a engin rebuild can anyone help me with that
i am riding a 2002 CRF450R (stock with renthal bars)
