Anyone tried electric radiator fans?
I had trouble with overheating in the high country.
Very step 2km hills under power at just over walking pace.
People in vic would know Dingo.Billy goats Butcher country etc
Put fans on my bike of a KLR.Turn them on before the hill and it fixes
the problem.
It works well if you have fitted DEVOL guards for mounting.

Yeah, faster would work!maybe try to fit your radiator fins back on to help channel more air through the radiators, dunno how it would work out with the devol guards. Also check your coolant, the lower ratio of glyco to water helps, maybe change coolant to another type of anti- corrosion inhibitor,i use Holts anti rust, seems to tranfer more heat than mix of water and glyco, imho.

How about something like moose juice? Like r.2 sez..the use of e/g in coolant defeats the purpose of the cooling system in the first place, cuz it lowers the heat transfer to such an extent.

As far as fans go..running a fan motor or two off a lighting coil would be tough. Oh...it's NOT DC voltage (if you're looking for fans).
