Bad news...I redid the top end, new wiseco piston, wrist pin and needle bearing and upon start up it rattles some, I mean a lot. Well I pulled the head to investigate and figured out that the machine shop screwed up the piston to cylinder clearance which is now pushing 5/1000 th's where the service limit is 3 :eek: That might casue me to have one klunky sounding bike :| Now my question is on the rod lower bearing I noticed a little bit of left to right rock. The amount would have been 1mm or so at the top of the rod. Is there suppose to be any rocking going on? Geez guess I who I'll be visiting on Monday
