Can someone out there tell me do I have to login to read every different thread or am Idoing someting wrong

Go to "Your CP" at the top of the page, hit edit options and under the second choice click "Yes" for the ability to brouse with cookies.

Thanks Phillip for the info as you can see I don't know much about computers.
They don't have handle bars which does'nt help.
