I have a 2007 CRF150F but i jump alot. I can't afford to go out and buy a 150R. So can anyone with trail bike suspension knowledge be able to help me add air or stiffen springs or something. I really apreiciate it because bottoming out hurts after hitting my forty foot table top.

You don't add air to your forks...

Your bike wasn't designed to be jumping 40 foot table tops.

I had the same problem with my RT180 ... so I bought a YZ250, problem solved!

BTW, if you are hitting 40 footers with that bike, you may want to think about never having any children .... :p
