Anyone know of a place to get a crankshaft rebuilt for a decent price. My local dealer wants $80.

Wow, that doesn't seem so steep to me.. Are you talking about just pressing off the bearings? Or splitting the cases and doing new seals ect?

Jon,

I just need a new connecting rod put on the crankshaft assembly. I got the case split and the crankshaft out, but dont have the oil seals out yet. Dont know if its just a brut force method to get the seals out, there in there pretty good. Any suggestions are appreciated.
