Another great Saturday at Redbud... a couple of observations. 1) it's pretty obvious Roczen is fast. Take away on equipment failure, he's won every moto so far. 2) I've been waiting for Tomac to get a start, to get some pressure on him before he opens-up those early lap gaps he's so good at.
We got that this weekend. Tomac looked strong, started to gain a little on 94, who then just waved goodbye. 20+ second lead? That's crazy. So, it's looking like short of another bike problem, or brain fade, the German is going to win big.
Oddly, I'm not bothered that a foreigner is leading/likely to win it all. He seems like a good kid and has crazy good skills, I'll overlook the fact that he's not an American. At least not yet.
Racer X video where they ask him about being in the US and being apparently accepted well by the fans.
