Ok, I have a drz 125l, and im about to install a BBR exhaust system. Do I need to rejet my engine once I install it? Everything is stock on this bike. Also, I'm gonna remove the snorkel from the airbox, I dunno if that will change anything either.

Your bike will benefit greatly. Just opening up the airbox and rejetting will net you almost the same gain as the pipe. Without all the noise.

Haha, I have no idea how to do that though. But, the question is, does having the pipe make me have to rejet the engine?

No. Chances are it will not make your bike any faster though. Just a bunch of unneccesary noise.

Maybe.

Your bike is very lean stock. Aftermarket pipes generally like fatter jetting. That makes for a VERY lean condition. The lean mix will cause the engine to run hot.

Yes. The bike is too lean stock and the pipe will make it worse. If you change the pipe and pull the snorkel the bike will be so lean it will run very poorly. Rejetting is a must .

So, the exhaust is a no no? What mod could I get for a little extra power? Should I just go with the rejetting? And, how much will rejetting it cost?

Rejetting is the place to start.

If you make changes you'll usually have to rejet to get the most out of them.

Also, what should I rejet it to??? Like is there different types of rejetting? And will rejetting it make it more powerful or whatever?
