Rejetting KDX 200 to a 220

Hi all. I have a 02 kx/kdx 200 which I have just done to a 220 resleeve. I have all the ports cleaned up but not ported. I have a pro curcuit pipe(platnium) and a FMF power core 2 muffler. I have run the bike with the standard 200 carb now I need to sort out the jetting for it. It idles and runs but it bogs down under throttle. Having no idea of where to start I really need help.

Does it bog when first giving it a handfull of throttle? or once the revs get up?
Did you use new base and head gaskets?
