To all that may want to save some money:
I recently went to the local shop and asked them to look up the wear block (lower) for the rear chain guide the guy told me it was going to be $38.97 from Kawasaki and proceeded to talk me into buying the Moose rear chain guide, wich I did $42.50, and told me the replacement block for it when needed was $9.99.
Anyhow the moose chain guide came in with the FRP sticker on it A+ and while I was assembling it I found that the 2 mounting holes for the wear block match the kawasaki chain guide.
So for $9.99 you can replace the stock wear block, HOWEVER you will have to narrow it by about 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch with a belt sander or band saw with a jigg to hold the small block away from your hands.
I did not do this because I had bought the whole FRP assembly
But do believe in passing on good money saving info.
I checked the part against my 83 and my 86 kdx200's and can report this will work for all 1983-2006 kdx200's
