SFO you are correct, 4speed dual range tranny, I also had one of these.
The TS90 is identical except for the tranny and there are probably more of them around (maybe). Suzuki made 100cc SGP racing kit, really boosted power, not likely to find one though. It came with a different cut rotary valve,
carb, pipe, piston and cylinder. Straight stinger on the expansion chamber,
pre silencer days. Bike sold for $395 new, hopup kit $95. Brings back memories of the old 100cc racing class.

You can also check Motorcycle Swapmeet, not sure of the address right off hand but I could get it for you if interested. All kinds of vintage stuff on there.

Chris,
Try this: Mark's Motorcycle Swapmeet
Just type it in on Internet Explorer, the first pick will say "The End"
This is where the original webmaster said goodbye but it is still
up and running by a guy named Mark. Click it and you will be
redirected, there are several choices, pick Mark's site, there were
some TC/TS 90 parts on there the other day.
If this doesn't work let me know, I can send you the whole page.
Lot's of good vintage stuff on this swapmeet.

My brother once owned a TS90 one of his 1st bikes.Nice bike I remember he experimented with some tuning discs on the rotary valve. They seemed to made out of sheet copper!! if my memory is correct. The engine is very similar to a few of the early jap 100cc motors not disimilar to the kawasaki KE100 still available today.
