i just got a new wiseco ring my bike has a wiseco piston in it already it is a 97 rm 125 i see it says that u cant use it with a chrome plated cylinders it is for nikasil should i be good to use i just got the bike a few months a go?

yes. assuming the bore is stock, the cylinder should be plated with nikasil.

one other thing what is more durable of the 2 platings just wonderd?

Nikasil is more durable. They haven't used chrome in dirtbike cylinders for years.
