Can anyone give me any info on what to look out for when going back together and maybe a few tricks to know?I've rebuilt the top end,but never a bottom end.I had the rod replaced and just want to be safe.Thanx and GOD Bless,Pepperman
Make sure you put the shift pawl flaps in te correct way. They ae 2 little mtal pieces and you have to put them in the right place or the trans wont shift. Also, make sure all of the washers and spacers are in the right spots or it will mess it up.
