RM 250 04 and 05

Is there a big difference between the 04 and 05 RM 250 in performance and handling.To be used for racing MX and SX

yes and no!!! They are very much the same bike, but there is enough difference that you will notice the difference. For 1, the 05 engine is slighly better, but they both respond to mods very much the same. Suspesnion and handling wise, they both have nice showa components, but the 05 has the updated forks with really trick, low friction internal coatings and the 05 shock has a thicker shaft for more durability.

many people get left over 04s when the 05s come out and save a few bucks- troublei is, when you come to sell the bike, its a year older and you loose what you saved on resale.
