hey guys im looking at buying a rm125 what are things i should look for to make sure its something i should buy. this is my first dirt bike so i dont know anything about them... its a 1997 with a dirt digger clutch Procircuit pipe, he saids all it needs is a plug and the floats need to be cleaned... is there anything else is should look at or what ever.. oh and i can also get it for 400 bucks

how old are you? how big are you? what kind of experience do you have? are you mechanically inclined?

21 5'11 170lbs and very machanically inclined

well thats good, 2-stoke is way better to buy used then 4-stoke, if you think you can fix it, go for it, but watch out 400 dollars does not sound like its in good shape. I personally have no experience in 2-stokes but i know that they are pretty easy to maintane and buy used(usually). The only thing i'm worried about is that its your first bike. I think this bike will be a bit to much at first, so just take it slow and easy until you start getting comfortable then ride harder. Just watch out for the powerband, i've heard their pretty powerful when you hit that.
