how do i check what weight the rear spring on my bike is for also what spring should i get for a 190 pound rider its a 02 rm250 and i already have the forks set up

My 03 has a 4.8 (stock).......which ought to be on the mark for a 190lb average rider. MAYBE go to a 5.0 if you're way fast.
