Alot of low speed comp damping on the back and a little more rebound damping for sand.
A bit more low speed comp damping on the front and a little less rebound damping for sand.
A little more front rebound damping for slippery conditions.
A little less rear rebound damping for slippery conditions.
Comp depends on what sort of mud, if it sticks you might need extra comp damping to offset the extra weight on the bike.
Thats what I tend to do but depends on other factors as well like what sort of bumps are expected.
