I recently broke my seat foam in half while replacing my seat cover. I called to a few local bike shops and asked if they carried foam adhesive. All three informed me that you cannot "glue" your seat foam back together. I just want to give you guys a heads up that you can repair seat foam and its not hard. First thing you will need is 3M's #74 foam adhesive or #77 adhesive or comparable brand. If you need to replace a section you can go to any local upholstry shop and get bulk seat foam for cheap. The foam cuts with any serrated large kitchen knife. Cut close to desired shape and mold it with sandpaper and a block. Try to get the area as dust free as possible to glue. Spray both sides where the two pieces meet and let tack up for apprx 2-4 minutes. Press together ensuring maximum contact. Replace cover and go ride! I have fixed two previous seats this way and just did another while typing this.
