Ok, so we will soon be sitting down to watch the Panthers beat up on the Patriots, but everyone knows that.
What I enjoy during a good game is a few beers and GOOD dip.
I suggest we share our favorite dips or plates that we serve but rarely give out the recipe for.

Mine calls for a pound of ground HOT sausage sautéed in Tabasco sauce.
Then melt in a block of Mexican Velveeta,
Once melted, add a can of Hot Rotel diced tomato / chillies.
Bag of tostedo's chips, a few beers and I'm ready to watch the Pat's roll over. :yeehaw:

So, what cha got?

My Roomie makes up some serious HOT salsa, has a bunch of Habaneros.. Eat it, drink milk too cool down, then eat some more :aj: :aj: WhyZee, that sounds good, think i may try making some :thumb:

Vodka cools you down?? Have too try it sometime :eek:
If you ever want too try some Hot sauce, try Daves Double Insanity sauce, i think the site is DavesGourmet.com My roomie bought me some for Christmas, had too sign a waiver for it :p Dont rub your eyes after opening the bottle either, burns, not too mention other parts :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Here's a couple more snacks for watching the Patriots kickass on the Panthers. Maybe I can talk Aimee into posting the recipe for the famous Cser Cheese Dip she talk about too.

Crabby Muffins
2 cans crab meat drained
Blob of Mayo
6 green onions sliced
2 cups swiss cheese grated
6 English Muffins, split and toasted.

Mix the first four ingredients. spread on the 12 toasted english muffin halves on a cookie sheet and place under broiler til bubbly and starting to brown.

Island Sweet and Sour Meatballs
1 bag frozen meatballs - 2 lbs+
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1 or 2 bell pepper chopped coarse
1 can diced pineapple with juice

Put all ingredients in crock pot to warm up
