setup on cr250

Was wondering how to setup my 02 cr250 suspension for trail riding.It works good,but I wonder if it would work better if I dailed it in .I ride somewhat fast and slow hard pack trails with lots of rocks,very choppy terrain,and some sand. Would like to dail in the rebound and compression.Which way do I dail for terrain mentioned above?

The stantard oil level in your forks will make for a hard trail ride. Start off at the min level with your clickers set standard and then add oil if you need it. This will change the front end off your bike for the better
