It doesn't hold 'x' amount. That's not the way you do it.

Check on CDave's site for some shock tips.

Basically you put more oil in than you need and when the bladder is installed it displaces what won't fit.

Then you check it for air...bleed it (if you have a bleeder) if necessary.

I'm sure there is a measureable amount the shock takes that could be stated in ml, but I doubt that's your question.

Unless you're asking for the sake of stocking up before you change it?

Then buy a quart or two.

Actually I have it apart and need to order oil and just need to know if I need more
than a quart. The oil they put in at the factory is interesting (cheap) looking stuff.
