its wayy over time for packing

i saw threads talking about packing it with insulation that go in your walls

does this work really good , and how much does it useally cost ?

also im tearing down my bike and regreasing everything that moves (metal to metal) whats a good grease that will work or will anything work?

Don't use household insulation.. Just get the right stuff and use it. You'll be better off that way.

For bearings and whatnot, I use a good high temp bearing grease.

You can get it in a handy tub at the autoparts store for under 10 bucks..

superhunky has said he uses home furnace insulation. But that is way different stuff than insulation for walls. But for $7 or so, it seems to cheap and easy to just use stuff made for mufflers, in my opinion.
