I had a DEP silencer that was similar to a shorty and I switched it to a turbine core II. I just got the bike and the snow has just melted enough to take it for a spin... I only rode it once before the swap. I want to keep the turbine core on their because its USFS approved. The turbine core II is used but in nice shape...

Could this swap be the reason for the loading up issue? I am leaving for a trail ride so I need to get this figured out.

Any advice is appreciated (02 RM250)

Thanks

the turbine core is non repackable, it uses baffles instead of packing. so none would be absorbed by the packing, thus more blows out the tailipipe!

wait, you repacked it? how did you manage that? :nener:

LOL... Maybe I imagined changing it? It was a long day...

But your right the turbine core itself no but the rest of it yes. What a crap job that is!
