Silkolene Oils

I just started using Silkolene full-synthetic Pro-Comp gear oil as well as the Silkolene fully-synthetic pre-mix oil. This crap is pretty expensive, so I would like to know if it is worth it or if anyone has had any problems using it.

My expensive motocross habit seems to be making this poor college guy eat nothing but Ramen noodles for every stinkin meal, so I would feel better about it if I knew I was getting my $'s worth!

you will find a lot of people use synthetic Mobil 1 15/50 for gear oil.

i dont think the price/quality of the oil is the issue, more important that it is changed often! try doing a search on mobil or gear oil etc.

And a lot of people get great results from Mobil MX2T that they buy at Autozone for $3.69 a pint. Its a full synthetic and runs real clean.
