I just posted a question about clutching while upshifting. Even though i havent gotten a reply yet, i was still practicing my clutching while upshifting. and parts of my track are on a flat slant. so when i turn up the gas really quickly and clutch shift up as soon as i let go of the clutch my back tire slides down. I havent crashed yet, but the side of my track is rock, and i usually go through it shifting up to fourth gear from second, and if i do crash i will be cut and scraped badly. what type of clutching techniques should i practice on this type of straight?

Does your rear tire slide down because it starts to spin when you let go of the clutch? If yes, try featherin the clutch a bit (not slip it for a long time, just not dropping it when the revs are high).
