Then put it in a vice and unscrew the bolt. Run a tap through the insert and put it back in the hole of the gas tank and with the iron melt some of the plastic back into the hole around the insert. I actually made new inserts out of brass for my cr 250 as the nut heads were broke off. I also used some of an old fender for additional plastic. [/QUOTE]
