I have a KTM sx 360 that has siezed on the small end bearing. I believed that most con-rod problems are at the big end . My dealer says that this in not typical for this engine but this has happened once before on this bike.
I run this bike on ice and its a lot of high load and high revs.
I am thinking about making a hole in the rear of the piston and extending the rear transfer port window downwards so there will be some flow throgh the piston. Would this help ?
Would this have other undesirable effects?
