I don't believe that senior citizens rank high on the "danger" list. It could also be that the guards make 6 dollars an hour and don't really care about their job. Some kind of security surcharge needs to be put into place so they can hire competent people. It's sad to say that the only way to solve this security problem is with federal intervention.
