Just got my bottom end done at a reputable shop. Broke it in over a two hour period or so. Once I began giving it some throttle and trying to open it up it started reacting really lean, trying to stall etc, etc. I pulled the mag. cover off - full of fuel! My brand new crankseals are no longer sealing.

The shop will take care of me of course but what could this be?
We just put in new seals, bearings, rod, everything down there and lots of assembly lube was used. Break in was real smooth and actually the bike worked awesome but once I got into the powerband and working things, it started acting up.

When I took my motor apart to bring into the shop to get the bottom end redone, I didn't need a puller to remove the left side. When splitting the crankcase should there always be a need for the puller?
If the cases come apart with some mild persuasion with a rubber mallot is this a problem? Is this a sign of something wrong(e.g. worn out case, bad bearings, seals, bad crankshaft).
Any ideas?

Marsh.
