While I lament Dirck Edge's emphasis on the pavement side of things, I agree with him whole-heartedly.

Limit the noise and the "advantage" will be equalized.

I'd like to see quiet 400cc 4T's. If they go too small, they'll all whine too much and get it all recinded after one year. And I want the quiet to stay!
