Go to http://www.ama-cycle.org/index.asp and lookup the 2003 rule book.
Unless your planning on trying for Loretta Lynns in the stock class, you can pretty much race what you brung. Most districts only exclude .080 over cylinders. But check with the people who run the races in your area for better clarification.

you really need to tell us where your planning on running. Here in AZ almost any mod is legal except making the vore bigger. But pretty much most places say changing bars, bar clamps, rims but not hubs, foot pegs are all pretty much legal. Bore porting suspension components are usually not changeable.
