Stock Clutch Springs vs. Aftermarket

I'm considering swaping back to stock from aftermarket HD. Reason: clutch pull is difficult for sons, discouraging them from using it as often as they should; methinks swapping back to stock would be better for them. Any experience out there?

PL,
I ran the stockers on my 90 KDX without any problems, my 95 needed the upgrade though. If you need some stock part's, I still have my original springs if you want them, they only have 2 rides on them. --Dan

Thanks. Fine. Different part numbers (mine's a '90) , but worth a try. Let me know what you want for them & shipping. hit-n-miss@(removeToSend)dslextreme.com.

PL,
I don't want anything for the springs, I'll send them your way and hopefully they will work out for you.
I also run the KX 250 springs # 92144-1484, they work well but the clutch pull is quite a bit more than stock.
The KDX's do take 4 springs, the KX's take 5.
