street legal? i need information

i am looking to make my 2004 honda crf 250r street legal. What do i need to make it legal. what do i need to run
a horn,lights,and blinkers? is there a coil or something. i live in michigan

Living in MI you will also need Mirrors, DOT tires, and a break light. Bajadesigns makes a kit that is exspesive (around 500.00) but runs on a watch type battery. They all you need is DOT tires and mirrors. The biggest issue is with taking a non-titled motorcycle, and getting the Secretary of State to Title and issue a plate. Don't forget your proof of insurance at the SOS!!!!
