stupid mistake is it gona be expensive?

after finaly completing a long and expensive list of repairs and maintenance i took my bike for a spind round the block only to find i had forgoten one thing.....to tighten the front sprocket bolt up properly, so out it fell then of came the sprocket jamming into the swingarm and frame and sending me snaking down the road destroying a tyre (no sky, ground, sky, ground, sky, ground, ambulence though) frame is fine, drive shaft is fine im fine but the swing arm pivot hole has a chunk missing about 1.5cm2 ish. just wanted to know if any other morons would own up to doing this and is so how much do you think its gona sting me for in welding :whoa:

Sounds like my latest stupid mistake as well.... I put the piston in backwards.

It WAS an expensive mistake... Hope yours is not as bad.

Wow. Glad to hear your okay. First place i would go is e-bay and see if someone is parting out stuff for your bike. Unless you just want to have it welded...Getting stuff welded isn't that expensive well for me in missouri (USA) its not. and thats a big chunk missing but small piece to weld. i would definetly strive to find a good used one first though.
