purchased bike need anything done and how to adjust the high
and low circuit on the shock.Or I am asking on what anyone has
theres set at to get started.

The shock on your suzuki doesnt really suit any type of riding. A revalve and spring to suit yor weight is the only way to go. The high and low speed adjusters refer to shock shaft speed and NOT bike speed. An example of low speed would be rolling sand whoops. High speed would be square edged bumps found on the exit of corners.
